• when will my order ship?

    Orders are prepared & ready to ship within 4-6 business days. If needed sooner, please reach out with a request.

  • how quick is shipping?

    USPS Priority Mail is typically 1-3 business days. All carriers are experiencing delays this year, so we recommend planning ahead & anticipating surprises.

  • what if a package is damaged or lost?

    Please contact us directly for any instances of damaged or lost packages & we will make it right. Reports of damaged goods need to be made within 7 days of receiving & we request photographic proof.

  • can the shipping address be changed once the order has been placed?

    If the shipping address needs to be changed and the package has not yet left our studio, we are happy to make any changes. If the package has been shipped and the address was entered incorrectly, a new label will need to be created & the full shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • what are your candles made of?

    Our candles are made of four ingredients: pure soy wax harvested from US crops grown without the use of pesticide, phthalate-free fragrances, essential oils and a cotton core wick.

  • how long do they burn?

    The burn time of our standard 7 ounce candle is 45 hours.

  • how do I care for my candle?

    We recommend trimming the wick inbetween burns, when the wax is solid, to prolong the life & minimize soot. To do this, simply tap the unlit wick with a match and let the excess crumble & fall away. This will shorten the wick to the perfect burning length (roughly 1/4").

  • do you accept custom orders?

    Absolutely! We love creating custom products for our clients - be it wedding favors, client gifts or branded collaborations. Additionally, we can refill your empty containers. Please reach out with any requests!

  • can I make a return?

    Lost Sage candles & goods are final sale. For any other items we do accept returns within 7 business days. Returned items must be in new & unused condition.

  • how do I make a return?

    If you would like to make a return, please begin by contacting us. From there we will ask you to ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days. At this time we do not cover shipping costs for returned items.

  • do you wholesale?

    We are currently accepting wholesale inquiries. If you are a retailer intrerested in carrying our products, please reach out to Sarah at sarah@lostsage.com.

  • where are you based?

    Our studio is based in Emmet, Idaho - a small town a bit less than an hour from Boise :)

  • do you have a brick & mortar?

    Not quite yet! At this time we are fully online and able to be found in person at local shows & events.
